BOARD OF EDUCATION POLICIES
Substantial compliance with the policies, procedures and guidelines of Weld County School District Re-3J is required; however, no action shall be deemed invalid because of a failure of compliance unless it is shown that such failure materially and substantially prejudiced the affected party. Nothing herein shall limit or change any statutory requirement; statutes shall govern in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between statutory provisions and these policies, procedures and guidelines.
